Initially I drew my designs for DIY in my sketch book and then went on to make my favourite design that related to my samurai theme the best. For my portfolio I redrew my top 3 designs on Photoshop adding vibrant colours and textures to the fabrics. To give my designs more of a character, I added a face to them using the influence of the Disney classic Mulan and her hairstyle. I constructed a background for these designs from other samurai images that had been merged together and the colour altered slightly. (Size A3)
